Meet Gigi!
Gigi studied pastry and cuisine at the Cordon Bleu in London gaining the Grand Diplome in 2020.
In 2024 Gigi decided to make her dream of having her own bakery a reality by producing artisanal, handmade cakes, pastries and desserts from her North London home kitchen.
Gigi’s bakes are inspired by the places she has lived including Rome, Geneva, Hawaii, Seattle and of course, London!

Our story
Sweet Gigi’s has been in the making since 2016 when Gigi was baking as a side hustle for friends and family under the name Oh Puree. Since then Gigi worked as a city lawyer but ultimately realised that her true passion in life was creating beautiful and delectable handmade treats. Sweet Gigi’s Cottage Bakery now sells a selection of cakes and pastries both online and at food markets.
Our philosophy is balance— we believe that life is too short not to have the occasional treat and celebrate life’s special moments with cake! We strive to only use the freshest, best quality ingredients without artificial flavours or preservatives so you can feel good about what you are putting in your body.
